Hi Support team,

We are experiencing some issues with the calibration of one of our PERIJA PLUS units. The readings seem to fluctuate significantly even in a quiet environment. We have tried restarting the device but the issue persists.

Please advise on the next steps.

Hello Sarah. Thanks for reaching out and providing the details.

Could you please check if the "Smart Filtering" mode is enabled? Sometimes environmental low-frequency noise can cause this if filters aren't set correctly.

Also, please ensure the sensor connection cable is firmly attached and free of dust. I've attached a quick guide on how to perform a hard factory reset if the above doesn't work.
